Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, Yahweh our Elohim, King of the universe, who has blessed me with the ability to hear. To be able to hear the multitude of different sounds that You have created—from the whisper of a gentle breeze in the tree-tops, to the roaring thunder of the majestic Niagara Falls—I give You thanks, YAH, for this gift. Hearing, I hear Your voice, the still, small voice with which You lead and guide me. Thank You, Abba, for all Your words of love and encouragement—words that I treasure and keep close to my heart. May I always be like the young Samuel, and respond with: “Speak, for Your servant hears.”
