Blessed
are You, Adonai our Elohim, King of the universe, who teaches me, again and
again, how the principal of sowing and reaping prevails in every area of
my life. When I act (sow) in haste, I reap the consequences of it, and
generally not to my benefit. When I give (sow) generously, with wisdom and
discretion, I reap a bountiful harvest. When I speak (sow) words in spontaneous
anger and haste, I will probably reap a “tiger by its tail.” When I submit
every area of my life to the Master Gardner, allowing Him to do the work within
me of pruning, fertilizing, and watering, what I sow, at His direction,
I will reap accordingly at His discretion.
“I
am the true vine, and My Father is the gardener… Stay in Me, and I stay in you.
As the branch is unable to bear fruit of itself, unless it stays in the vine,
so neither you, unless you stay in Me.”

6:7; Rom 2:6; John 15:1-6; John 15:1-4
