Blessed are You, Adonai our Elohim, King of the universe, who created fire. I am learning to be thankful, my Father, for the fires of testing and trial that You allow me to go through. And though they are never enjoyable, I am learning to recognize the faults, shortcomings, and yes, even the ‘trash’ within myself that these fires reveal. Your goal for me is the image and character of my Messiah revealed in and through me. Thank You, my Elohim, my Creator, that You are that “Consuming Fire,” burning out all the dross that lingers within me. Amein!
