Blessed are You, Adonai our Elohim, King of the universe, who continues to reveal to me those elements I am to guard.  I am to guard myself, that I would never forget or neglect the covenant that I have with You, my Father. I am to guard Your Torah, Your commands, and Your Shabbat. I am also to diligently guard my own heart, for out of it come the issues of life. Thank You, Abba, that You are teaching me to be that diligent guard that You desire me to be! Amein!
